A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Vivek received his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and is currently working on an L.L.M. in Taxation Law from the University of Alabama School of Law. While in law school, Vivek was the Finance Chair of the Moot Court Board and the President of the Health Law Society. He also holds a B.B.A. and a Master's in Accountancy from Millsaps College. He is involved with the Austin Bar Association, the Williamson County Bar Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association. Vivek is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and is fluent in Hindi, Tamil, and English. In his spare time, Vivek enjoys watching and playing sports, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and trying out new technology.
